Pediatric epilepsy resection MRI dataset
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Participants: six pediatric patients with resections to the visual cortex and two patients with resections outside the visual cortex, and 15 age-matched typically-developing controls.
Images were acquired on a Siemens Verio 3T scanner with a 32-channel head coil at Carnegie Mellon University.
For all participants: a skull-stripped T1-weighted anatomical image and one set of diffusion spectrum images are included here.
