The APS-SCOAP3 Partnership

This poster illustrates the new partnership between the American Physical Society and the Sponsoring Consortium for Open Access in Particle Physics (SCOAP³). It depicts the business model, identifies the journals involved and requests help from particle physicists to encourage their librarians to redirect funds returned by the publisher to SCOAP3. The end result is an 80 percent increase in the publishing of Open Access articles in particle physics per year.
