Steps for using the artifact are as follows.
1. Download the artifact and check the md5sum
e84b1e7cb133a80d8973d8ccbbaed92b FINAL-85-pldi2021ae-syrust.tar.gz
2. Unzip the file with
`tar -xf FINAL-85-pldi2021ae-syrust.tar.gz`
and the artifact will be in `pldi2021ae-syrust/`.
3. Follow the instructions provided in README.txt
