Here we include code, demonstration notebooks, and data from a set of simulations of the cortico-basal ganglia-thalamic loops in the brain during the execution of a reactive inhibitory control task. The goal of this project was to characterize the role of arkypallidal and subthalamic nuclei cell populations in fast, reactive stopping.
