  1. Participants: five pediatric patients with resections to the visual cortex, two patients with resections outside the visual cortex, two patients with left hemispherectomy, and nine age-matched typically-developing controls.

  2. Most images were acquired on a Siemens Verio 3T scanner with a 32-channel head coil at Carnegie Mellon University, except for one participant (JF) whose data were acquired on a Siemens Prisma 3T scanner with a 64-channel head coil.

  3. For all participants: a skull-stripped T1-weighted anatomical image and three sets of visual category localizer BOLD signal are included here, as well as the sequence timing files for the order of presentation of the visual categories.

  4. See Maallo et al, "Large-scale resculpting of cortical circuits in children after surgical resection" Scientific Reports (in press)

  5. Sample code to compute the significant correaltion fraction (SCF) is included.
