Located at 801 Liberty Avenue in the heart of the Cultural District, the space will be filled with suspended steel and plastic representing the architecture of Pittsburgh and its surrounding neighborhoods as viewed by the artists. The finished, interlocking grid system will enable visitors to feel, spatially, one’s movement through the streets and neighborhoods of the city. As architects and professors, the members of SO-AD are using this show to share their conceptual understanding of architecture as art.
