Ellipsis: A Public Intervention

Ellipsis consists of a video projection onto Future Tenant's storefront windows at 819 Penn Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh. A constant flow of text moves across the window, viewable from the street by pedestrians and passing drivers. The work interweaves the narrative of a personal journey with specific references to air travel, weather conditions, technological data and current news headlines. ellipsis invites viewers to reflect on the complexities of the mind, language, and the fragmented manner in which we perceive and process information.
