Figure S2. Summary of group averages of five fitting parameters for patients with and without SCD-directed therapies expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The fitted parameters were (A) blood transit time in the capillaries, t(c), (B) blood transit time in venous, t(v), (C) CA cutoff frequency, f(c), (D) inverse of modified Grubb’s exponent, k, and (E) rate constant of oxygen diffusion, α. The mean symbols highlight patients with SCD intervention (n=5, sex=80 % male, light blue, star) and patients without an SCD intervention (n=6, sex= 50% male, blue, triangle) and healthy controls (n= 14, sex=57% male, grey, diamond) and the standard deviations are represented by the error bars. Values marked with an asterisk refer to a p-value of the Wilcoxon signed tanked tests (p<0.05).

This item contains figural material referenced by the paper "Assessment of Cerebral Autoregulation and Cerebral Perfusion in Patients with Sickle Cell Disease using Frequency-Domain Near-Infrared Spectroscopy."
