Traffic Lights is a light and sound installation based on the natural patterns created by traffic cameras throughout the country. In combining various forms of technology, Jakob Marsico translates real-time traffic movement into an immersive experience that exposes the natural patterns we unknowingly create in the built environment. The resulting installation is both novel in its use of technology, and nostalgic in its resemblance to headlights traveling across a dark ceiling at night.
