Abstract: "We prove the existence and the asymptotic behavior of nonnegative radial ground states of the semilinear elliptic equation div([absolute value of delta u][superscript p-2][delta] u) + x ┬╖ [delta] (u[superscript q]) + ╬▒u[superscript q] = 0, which arises in the study of selfsimilar solutions of degenerate parabolic equations."
