Introduction to the Spanish Edition

Publication of a Spanish edition of the Report of the International Financial Institution Advisory Commission (IFIAQ provides an opportunity both to look back at the critics comments and look forward to the future of the international financial system. The Report stimulated active discussion of issues that might have been addressed at the fiftieth anniversary of the Bretton Woods Conference, in 1994, but were not.
