Living Where the Wall Was: What Still Divides the Germans
Germany's Berlin Wall fell in 1989, but relations are still strained between the former east and west sections of the city. East Berlin suffered massive unemployment following reunification and great social and economic disparities still exist. Both sides are struggling to accept the the influx of foreigners.
