Selection of Different Classes of Referents in an Equity Model

<p>The process by which people evaluate rewards or outcomes is the central concern of this paper. This research problem can be divided into two questions: what kinds of referents do people select in evaluating rewards and, how does one explain the differential selection of referents among individuals?</p>
