The Prime Residue Class of Finitely Additive Distributions Uniform on the Integers

<p>This note shows that the prime residue class of finitely additive uniform distributions on the integers is strictly more inclusive than previously studied classes: The class L of extension of limited relative frequency, the class S of shift invariant distributions, and the class R of extensions of residue classes mod m for all integers m.</p>
