The purpose of this paper is to describe the process of survey feedback.. Survey feedback is a tool that can be used to improve the effective utilization of human resources.. Its goal is to benefit both management and the worker.. As a process, it has four general components:

1. Planning. The goals and design for the feedback process are created.

2. Data Collection. Information about human resource issues is collected from employees and then analyzed ..

3. Data Feedback and Analysis .. employees and then analyzed The collected information is fed back to

4 Action Planning. From the analyzed data a series of problems is identified and action plans are developed to resolve the problems ..
