2014 Carnegie Mellon University Faculty Research Data Survey Instrument

Survey instrument designed to develop a suite of services to assist researchers at CMU with research data management to help shape initial services around data management planning, including providing training in data management as part of the Responsible Conduct of Research curriculum, and  shepherding a resolution on Research Data Management through the Faculty Senate.
