<p dir="ltr">Motivation: </p><ul><li>Assess the efficacy of Tomato-derived antioxidants in mature 3D environments with Tumor-CAF (Cancer Associated Fibroblast) crosstalk</li></ul><p dir="ltr">Background:</p><ul><li>Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) induce oxidative stress fueling tumor formation, growth, and spread. </li><li>Tomato antioxidants (Lycopene and Beta-Carotene) reduce oxidative damage and trigger cancer cell death. </li><li>3D spheroid models are more representative of in-vivo conditions with Tumor and Cancer Associated Fibroblast crosstalk</li></ul><p></p>
