This guidebook explains the mentoring process required to become an SEI-Certified Team Software Process (TSP) Associate Coach, SEI-Certified TSP Coach, or SEI-Certified TSP Mentor Coach. It also defines the structure and format of the mentor and mentee relationship and explains the steps and evaluation criteria for becoming a coach.
