A lack of communication between generations puts  precious family history at risk of loss. With the passing of  elders, families can lose identity-defining historical  information, primary anecdotes, and expression of values  causing for a rupture in the continuity of family and  individual understanding. In this paper, I propose a digital  archiving system that aims to enhance the transfer of critical  family history and leverages generative artificial intelligence  to create evocative images that make family history more  resonant across generations.
