   A. Filename: ANOVA_FC.R_Script       
      This is an R script which uses the summary level data provided in CSVs in order to run the ANOVAs reported in the  manuscript


        
   B. HealthyControl_LeftTractography_Script.sh
      This is a bash script which uses FSL to run tractography on the healthy subjects, for the left  hemisphere, as described in the manuscript



   C. HealthyControl_RightTractography.sh
      This is a bash script which uses FSL to run tractography on the healthy subjects, for the right hemisphere, as described in the manuscript



   D. AH_RightTractography.sh
      This is a bash script which uses FSL to run tractography for the patient, for the right hemisphere, as described in the manuscript



   E. AH_LeftTractography.sh
      This is a bash script which uses FSL to run tractography for the patient, for the left hemisphere, as described in the manuscript



   F. Tractography_Results.csv
      This .csv file provides streamline information for each healthy control subject. The columns for patient AH refer to streamline counts in the patient using a waypoint mask where the current row’s subject was the “left out” subject. Columns for left and right hemisphere are both included.



   G. AH_fMRI_AllScans.csv
      This csv file contains functional connectivity values “Connectivity” for all of the functional MRI runs. The “Edge” column describes all 6 possible pairs of the 4 regions of interest. The “Language” column is a binary variable classifying that run as a language task (1) or a non-language task (0), as described in the manuscript. The “Timepoint” column describes whether the run is pre-op (1) or post-op (2). 



   H. AH_LanguageTasks.csv
      This .csv file is the same as the above file, but filtered to language tasks only



   I. AH_NonLanguageTasks.csv
      This .csv file is the same as the above file, but filtered to non-language tasks only

   J -> All_MRI.zip
      This zip file contains all MRI data for the patient and for the healthy controls. Each subject has its own folder. The patient is labeled sub-patient-01, while the healthy control subjects are labeled sub-control-02 through sub-control-53. For the patient, the scans are divided into 9 sessions. For details on each of the 9 sessions and all of the scans included, please see the separate README file contained within the All_MRI folder.

   K -> Experimental_Scripts_And_Stimuli.zip
      This zip file contains all scripts and stimuli required to run the behavioral and MRI experiments. For details on these experiments, please see the separate README file contained within the folder.
