For all participants: a skull-stripped T1-weighted image with 1×1×1mm3 resolution (MPRAGE, TE=1.97ms, TR=2300ms, acquisition time=5m21s) and one set of diffusion-weighted images with 2×2×2mm3 resolution (2D EPI, 113 directions, maximum b=4000s/mm2, TE=121ms, TR=3981ms, acquisition time=7m46s) are included here. Post-operative images are included for all patients (both diffusion and anatomy).
